Joel Weberman of Energy Co spared us a minute at the Catskills Expo to give us some insight about his company. Energy Co provides duct leakage testing and door blower testing for energy efficiency.
These testing are mandatory by New York State prior to obtaining a C of O. Energy Co does the testing and forwards the results to the contractor who then sends the results to government agencies for approval.
We service existing and new installations. Our duct test ensures the tightness of air conditioning and ducts to identify if there’s any leakage that would result in heat lost and high energy costs. Door blowers’ tests if there is leakage from the inside or outside.
Weberman vouches that his business has grown significantly since exhibiting at the OJBA shows. His company made many new connections and are planning to attend many more shows to come.
