Because business isn’t just about what you know, it’s about who you know.
Isaac Deutsch of ID Tech Solutions
Building a name people trust is no easy feat, but Isaac Deutsch and his team have done it to perfection. When you ask him how he says, “It’s all about white glove service.” In his industry, one where clients need to trust him with the sensitive inner workings of their organization, great customer service builds trust and that is the name of the game. “When people recommend us it’s worth its weight in gold!” Over the years, ID-Tech has built a reputation for doing things right. To illustrate, one of the most talked about booths at OJBA 2023 was ID Tech’s TWO-STORY booth, something that’s never been seen on the OJBA show floor before. They also sponsored the show. “It was our first time exhibiting, though we’ve attended many times. When we decide to do something we do it all the way!” One can only wonder what they’ll come up with for next year!
So how did Isaac get into this business?
“I’ve always had a passion for tech,” Isaac shares “I put together my first computer when I was thirteen. Dell didn’t exist yet, So I bought the parts, the motherboard, hard drive, etc, and assembled it myself.” After Isaac got married he took various computer courses, and the rest grew from there.
The main industries that retain ID-Tech are real estate, education, and healthcare. Surprisingly, there is common ground between these seemingly diverse industries. “I started with schools first, since I managed IT for Viener Mosdos back in the day. As tech developed more and more things were being switched over from paper to systems and digital data. So I opened a company to help businesses with all this.” Dealing with one provider for all their tech and low voltage needs appealed strongly to these large-scale organizations, all of whom appreciated the convenience of working with a company that could take care of their computer systems, security, sound systems, etc.
“We’re offering all of that, plus a lot more!”
Isaac’s other passion, besides tech, is helping others. “I’m both a people person and a tech person so the combination of the two is perfect for me! I love to problem-solve and take the stress off my clients.“
Competition is not something he thinks about much, Parnassa is from Hashem- so he never needs to worry much about it. “I’ve had many employees that left me and went out on their own and I held their hands while building their businesses. I love to share my experience with people and help them avoid the ups and downs that I went through.”
