Isack Hirsch, CEO of NYC Engineering’s main job is to alleviate headaches, and not by handing you two Motrins! He manages day-to-day operations in the company that was founded in 2013. It’s a company that provides mechanical engineering services and specialty electrical filings, making a very complex process far more simple and cost-effective, while ensuring a quality product in good working order.
If that sounds complicated, that’s because it is. Closing the financial gap between an engineer’s vision and an installer is what NYC Engineering does best. “It’s a collaborative process, Isack explains “We design mechanical systems to keep costs down without compromising on quality.” By doing this NYC Engineering saves their clients millions of dollars a year. “The idea is to give the customer a good design, but for minimum cost.”
The innovation needed to create and refine such complex designs can only come with a great team on board which Isack says he is very lucky to have. “Our team members need to be very creative, have great problem-solving skills, and at the same time tremendous attention to even the smallest details that can make a difference.” New hires need to come on board with some industry background because the highly complex industry can take some time to master. “We’re happy to train, but we definitely look for people that are highly motivated since this can take months to master.” Isack explains. What keeps Isack happy to go into the office every day? “Solving complex problems for clients- I love a challenge!”
