Designing the Systems That Keep Buildings Running
Shaya Abramson of Abramson Engineering
Every commercial building needs more than just four walls and a roof — it needs sophisticated systems that make it work. That’s where Abramson Engineering comes in.
This Baltimore-based firm specializes in the design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems… the critical infrastructure that keeps commercial buildings safe, efficient and functional. Whether it’s a brand-new build or a decades-old structure… they deliver accurate design drawings that streamline construction and reduce costs.
“We work with architects and building owners to design all the systems in a building,” said Principal Engineer Shaya Abramson at the OJBA Mid-Atlantic Expo. “If someone needs to upgrade their HVAC or redo their lighting, we handle the design side — so everything fits and functions.”
Beyond system design, Abramson Engineering also offers commissioning services to ensure all building systems meet requirements, as well as energy analysis to help owners operate buildings more efficiently amid rising utility costs.
This was Abramson Engineering’s first OJBA expo. “It’s been very good. We’ve had some great conversations,” Shaya remarked about the experience, adding that he believes the event is “good for the local economy.”
With a reputation for accuracy, personal attention, and forward-thinking solutions, Abramson Engineering helps bring commercial projects to life — from the inside out.
Watch Shaya share how Abramson supports building projects from behind the walls.
