Cleaning That Happens While Buildings Sleep

Naftali Rabinovich of Renew

Most commercial cleaning happens when buildings are empty. After business hours. Between tenants. Once construction crews are off-site.

That’s when Renew’s crews show up.

Based in New York and New Jersey, the company provides commercial cleaning for offices, medical facilities, retail spaces, schools, and apartment buildings… often outside regular operating hours. Teams are available evenings and weekends, working around occupied spaces rather than through them.

The work varies by environment. Post-construction sites need debris removal and surface prep. Medical facilities require protocols that meet health standards. Office buildings need consistent daily maintenance. Move-in and move-out turnovers have tight deadlines.

“We do all types of cleaning,” said Naftali Rabinovich of Renew. “Nursing homes, medical facilities, post-construction buildings, office buildings, event cleanings — any type of cleaning you need.”

Renew recently expanded into upstate New York, adding coverage in Monsey, Monroe, and the Catskills. Crews are trained and certified for the environments they serve, with a process in place to keep standards consistent from site to site.

This was another year Renew exhibited at OJBA. Last year’s show led to a partnership that helped expand the business.

The work itself stays mostly behind the scenes. Spaces are cleaned, reset, and ready before the next day begins. That’s the role Renew plays… keeping buildings functional without disrupting what happens inside them.

Listen as Naftali Rabinovich talks about the types of spaces Renew cleans.
