Keeping Everything Close at Hand
Moshe Eisikovic of WD Wholesale
Before a renovation can begin, furniture and personal belongings need somewhere to go. They need to stay protected and close at hand while the work continues. Contractors face similar challenges, needing to protect tools and materials on site, while businesses often need extra storage without expanding their existing space.
Smart Storage helps solve those problems by renting and selling portable storage containers for residential, commercial, and construction projects. Instead of taking belongings or equipment to an off-site storage facility, Smart Storage brings the storage to the customer. The container stays on site for as long as it’s needed, so customers can access what’s inside whenever they want. Once the project is complete, Smart Storage simply picks it up.
For founder Moshe Eisikovic, providing the container is only part of the service.
“I pride myself in being very fast turnaround, excellent customer service, and great pricing,” he said.
When customers need a storage container, they usually need it right away. Most containers are delivered the same day or the next day, and customers can call, text, email, or send a WhatsApp message to arrange delivery, making the process quick and straightforward.
For homeowners, that can mean keeping furniture and personal belongings just outside the house throughout a renovation instead of making repeated trips to a storage facility. Contractors can lock away tools and materials at the end of the day, knowing they’ll be secure and ready when work resumes the next morning. Businesses gain temporary overflow space without expanding their existing facilities.
Available to rent or buy in 16, 20, and 40-foot sizes, Smart Storage’s containers keep household belongings, construction materials, and business inventory secure, weatherproof, and close at hand throughout the project.
Moshe launched Smart Storage after noticing a large, publicly traded competitor pricing and servicing the market in a way that left room for a company that was faster and more responsive. Starting with a single container, he built the business into a company that now operates from its own yard in Lakewood, New Jersey, while continuing to prioritize the fast turnaround and customer service that helped the company grow.
This year marked Smart Storage’s third time exhibiting at OJBA. For Moshe, the show continues to be an opportunity to connect with builders, contractors, and business owners looking for practical on-site storage solutions.
“Every year I get business,” he said.
