For MS Appliances, that kind of relationship has been built over three decades.
“We have happy customers that are referring their children,” said Yoel Friedman of MS Appliances. “We have families that are buying by us already a few generations.”
Founded in 1995, MS Appliances supplies a wide range of appliances and home electronics across New York and New Jersey. The inventory spans refrigeration, cooking, laundry, and other major appliances, with brands including Bosch, GE, LG, Samsung, KitchenAid, Whirlpool, and Miele.
Beyond individual households, the company also works with builders and developers through dedicated builder pricing and package deals — a practical option for projects that require consistent supply across multiple units without having to work across multiple vendors.
Service is central to how the company operates, but so is value. Staff help customers choose appliances that fit both their space and their budget — and the support doesn’t stop there. Manufacturer rebates across many brands, along with available financing, help make those choices more accessible.
The point is straightforward: what you buy matters, but so does where you buy it and what you pay.
The relationship doesn’t end at the sale. Customers return years later with questions or service needs, and extended hours keep the team accessible throughout the day.
“Our strong point is customer service,” Friedman said. “People call us back after many years.”
MS Appliances has also recently expanded beyond its core appliance business, adding massage chairs — a reflection of how the company continues to grow alongside what customers are looking for.
